We knew 2018 was going to be a banner year in many ways. In fact, we’d deemed it the Year of Experiences. And that’s why we’re so honored to be selected as Quick Base Partner of the Year for 2018.
What makes this award really special to us over other sales awards we’ve received in the past is that this was completely based on customer satisfaction data. By satisfaction data, we’re referring to client satisfaction scores, customer reviews, and Quick Base’s ratings of VeilSun. In the end, Quick Base rated VeilSun as the best partner to work with.
This award embodies our every day goal: when it comes to our clients, to Quick Base or to each other, we’re here to provide a positive customer experience. What does a positive experience mean to us? Besides being in alignment with thoughtful work, it really boils down to three core things:
- Do what we say we’re going to do
- Deliver solution-orientated communication, especially during challenges
- Communicating in a positive manner in key moments
VeilSun works so well with our clients because we’re so closely aligned with Quick Base. We take extra time to make sure we stay in tune with Quick Base and with what they’re putting on the road map from a sales, product, and support standpoint. With that collaborative approach, we’re able to move forward with a shared common strategy and a common message.
What’s this look like in the day to day? A perfect example was when we worked with Genesis Capital. On very short notice, we were brought in to shepherd their merger conversion with Goldman Sachs. We ended up working day and night to make sure it all went well. We also take calls from people we aren’t contracted with to answer questions about issues they’re facing. It’s all about our dedication to building and maintaining authentic relationships.
Creating any work product is difficult, but it’s more difficult to keep everyone on the same page. While we are always striving to be better, it’s great to be recognized for what we have achieved. With that being said, we don’t look at this as a time to stop doing better. If anything, we have raised our expectations.
